so very busy
new job, posting has suffered
such a late haiku

family is still sick
yet another stomach bug
still avoiding it

the boy is better
husband is still not ok
may screw up my plans

supposed to attend
a fancy wedding shower
tomorrow morning

even took the time
to get my toes all pretty
they sure did need it

Lordy I’ve most certainly jumped in to my new job with both feet. There is a release next week and I’ve got stuff flying at me from all directions. I have to now dig my tech writer hat way out of the back closet of my mind. I was feeling a little overwhelmed at first but I feel better today. I think once I get the hang of everything it will be like an old hat again.

Anyway, the boy seems fine but the husband informed me that he is not feeling too hot today. This puts my daytime adventure of an Atlanta Bridal shower in jeopardy for tomorrow morning. If the husband is too sick to car for Boog I guess I can’t go. I suppose that lunchtime pedicure will have to just be for my own personal enjoyment then. I’m keepin’ my fingers crossed.
