Crazy busy since Boog has been sick most of the week. He’s back at daycare today and so far so good although we certainly broke the “24 hour symptom free” rule. I’m told we are one of the few families that actually abide by that rule but I NEED TO WORK A FULL DAY. Anyway, I feel guilty but hey what do I NOT feel guilty about.

Since my brain is fried from doing technical writing stuff all day I’m going to pass on a couple of contests for you to go enter instead of reading my normally banal witty content.

Go visit Chop. Stir. Mix and enter to win some cooking goodies from Crate & Barrel. Look around the site too, they have some recipes that look pretty dang good. Oh and don’t forget to peruse the comments as well for some pretty hysterical cooking mishaps.

Then go visit Mommyology and enter to win a Braincandy DVD. I’ve seen ads for these DVDs before and been intrigued but haven’t actually tried them yet. Boog is mesmerized by Signing Time so maybe he would enjoy these. I’m always looking for things he can watch that I don’t have to feel TOO guilty about. (Unlike Oobi which I’m pretty sure will make your brain run out of your ears if you watch it for too long.)
